Process
Electroplating is a masterful artistry where actual Copper or Nickel, sourced as 99.99% pure metal is precisely transferred onto the trophies bone or horn structure. Immersed in a specialized electrolyte solution, the trophy becomes the canvas (cathode), while an electric current draws ions from the dissolved metal (anode) directly onto its surface. This unique method ensures a seamless bond, layer by microscopic layer, yielding genuine metal enrichment that far surpasses mere coatings in depth and authenticity.

Pure Copper:

Polishing Process

Mounting Design
Our skull mounts are crafted for a clean, unobtrusive presence, designed to be as invisible as possible while providing rock solid support. Made from steel ranging from 3mm to 10mm thick (tailored to the species and weight), each one is precision laser-cut and milled for both refined aesthetics and unbeatable durability.
These mounts blend seamlessly into your trophy, letting the electroplated skull or antler take center stage. The varying thickness ensures optimal balance—thinner profiles (3-5mm) for lighter game like impala, scaling up to 10mm for heavier beasts like kudu—without bulky brackets or visible hardware.
